Cancellation Policy :

The advance payment 50% is a confirmation amount of trip & it is non refundable on cancellation of booking.

Cancellation on tourist request paid amount is non refundable at any circumstance.

If cancellation is done by tourist before 15 day of trip, in that case tourist has to pay total 70% of booking bill amount.

In case tourists cancel any booking before 7 days of trip or same day cancellation, in that case 100% of bill amount is chargeable to tourists.

After an advance payment if tourist want to customize the programme is not permitted, If tourist wants to customize in that case the advance will be non refundable & first quote will get cancel & will have to proceed with another booking with a fresh programme quotation ,here first quotation advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted at any circumstance. All extra payment has to pay by tourist on spot for spot cancellation of any program.

Customization of trip is not possible while travelling in trip, if so then tourist must pay total billing amount (100%) & here after all extra must bear by tourists themselves. Customization if possible can be done by management otherwise all risk & responsibilities go to tourists, travel management will quit from it & will not be responsible at any circumstance.

N.B. - An advance payment for booking is considering that tourist are satisfied & gone through the quote & there will be no refund, reduction in the cost for any un-utilized services forming part of the tour. Company holds the rights to change alter or amend the itinerary and hotels without prior notice.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

Bagdogra airport or NJP station to Darjeeling.

Day 2 :

Darjeeling tourist attractions Tiger Hill (Sun Rise),Ghoom Monestry,Batasia Loop,Himalaya Maintaining Institute ,Tenzing Rock ,Ghorka stadium,Tibbetian Refugee camp, Self Hep centre,Handi crafts, Tea garden view, Rope Way .

Day 3 :

Darjeeling to Gangtok with Local sightseeing, Institute of Tibetology and proceed to Dordul ,Chholten Stupa and ancient Rumtek monastery in order to view the Buddhist culture prevalent in this region . Get ready for an exhilarating ropeway ride. By evening reach Shanti view point and enjoy its spectacular scenic beauty.

Day 4 :

A Take early breakfast and proceed to magnificent Tsomgo Lake. In case the lake is unapproachable due to bad weather conditions proceed to Namachi village. This tiny hamlet situated between the verdant hills at the height of 5,500 ft exhibits the most spectacular view of Himalayan range and its snow kissed mountains on one side and expansive stretches of deep green valley on the other side a panoramic view you will never forget. Visit baba Mandir which is situated at 13,500 feet altitude. Get back to the hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 :

Gangtok to Pelling & on the way Namchi, visit Chardham ,Sandupchee & Timi Tea state & evening reach to Pelling ,night stay.

Day 6 :

After breakfast at hotel - Drive for Full Day Sight Seeing. The routes are forested and the botanical and zoological richness is inspiring. Places of visit are Rimbi water Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechopalri Lake, it is one of the holy Buddhist lake and it is believed that any wish in front of the lake comes true - Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface, it is picked by a bird and thus the water surface is always free of leaves, Kechopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse ruins, the scenic view from the top of the ruin to the mystic heights of Kanchendzonga ranges is something to be cherished - Back to hotel - Evening free to roam around the helipad or Shopping center - Over Night stay at Pelling.

Day 7 :

Pelling to Kalimpong (4,101ft) transfer & same day visit Dello hills,Durpin dara ,grahams Home ,Flower nursery & back to hotel ,night stay.

Day 8 :

Kalimpong to NJP or Airport Bagdogra Drop.
