Cancellation Policy :

The advance payment 50% is a confirmation amount of trip & it is non refundable on cancellation of booking.

Cancellation on tourist request paid amount is non refundable at any circumstance.

If cancellation is done by tourist before 15 day of trip, in that case tourist has to pay total 70% of booking bill amount.

In case tourists cancel any booking before 7 days of trip or same day cancellation, in that case 100% of bill amount is chargeable to tourists.

After an advance payment if tourist want to customize the programme is not permitted, If tourist wants to customize in that case the advance will be non refundable & first quote will get cancel & will have to proceed with another booking with a fresh programme quotation ,here first quotation advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted at any circumstance. All extra payment has to pay by tourist on spot for spot cancellation of any program.

Customization of trip is not possible while travelling in trip, if so then tourist must pay total billing amount (100%) & here after all extra must bear by tourists themselves. Customization if possible can be done by management otherwise all risk & responsibilities go to tourists, travel management will quit from it & will not be responsible at any circumstance.

N.B. - An advance payment for booking is considering that tourist are satisfied & gone through the quote & there will be no refund, reduction in the cost for any un-utilized services forming part of the tour. Company holds the rights to change alter or amend the itinerary and hotels without prior notice.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

Greet & meet at Siliguri on arrival transfer to Kakorvita Indo-Nepal border, fresh up in a Hotel for while & start journey to reach Kathmandu (460.kms/11.00hrs),on arrival check in hotel & night stay.

Day 2 :

Visit local sightseeing Kathmandu Durbar Square, Jal-Narayan Temple Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa.After breakfast we start your tour to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Budhanilkantha and Boudhnath Stupa. Kathmandu Durbar Square holds the palaces of the medieval Kings who ruled over the then Kathmandu Kingdom. The Pashupatinath along with the Aryaghat or Funeral Site near the Bagmati River is one of the worlds most sacred places of worship for the Hindus. The Buddhists shrine of Bouddha Nath is one of the largest stupas in the world, and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist destinations in Kathmandu, night stay in Hotel.

Day 3 :

Sightseeing tour Patan, Kailashnath Mahadev and Doleshor Mahadev and Sunset at Nagarkot. We start our tour of some cultural and natural spots today after taking our breakfast. Patan, also nicknamed as The City of Fine Arts is full of ancient places, temples and shrines. Doleshor Mahadev is the missing head of the idol worshiped in Kedarnath. At the same time you will get an opportunity to visit worlds tallest kailashnath Mahadev Temple. Stay overnight at Nagarkot to enjoy the magnificent sunrise and sunset views over the major peaks of eastern Nepal Himalayas including Mt. Everest.

Day 4 :

Sightseeing of Nagarkot Sunrise, Changu Narayan & Bhaktapur.After enjoying the golden sunrise views over the Himalayas from Nagarkot and taking our breakfast, we head toward Changu Narayan, the oldest pagoda temple in the Kathmandu valley. The route to Changu Narayan passes through small villages and farmlands with farmers working in their fields. Similarly, the medieval town of Bhaktapur, or the Town of the Devotees, preserves medieval arts, architecture, culture, and lifestyle to this date. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the best preserved one of the Valleys three Durbar Squares, night stay at Kathmandu hotel.

Day 5 :

At morning after breakfast start journey to reach back Siliguri (490.1kms/12.00hrs)
