Cancellation Policy :

The advance payment 50% is a confirmation amount of trip & it is non refundable on cancellation of booking.

Cancellation on tourist request paid amount is non refundable at any circumstance.

If cancellation is done by tourist before 15 day of trip, in that case tourist has to pay total 70% of booking bill amount.

In case tourists cancel any booking before 7 days of trip or same day cancellation, in that case 100% of bill amount is chargeable to tourists.

After an advance payment if tourist want to customize the programme is not permitted, If tourist wants to customize in that case the advance will be non refundable & first quote will get cancel & will have to proceed with another booking with a fresh programme quotation ,here first quotation advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted at any circumstance. All extra payment has to pay by tourist on spot for spot cancellation of any program.

Customization of trip is not possible while travelling in trip, if so then tourist must pay total billing amount (100%) & here after all extra must bear by tourists themselves. Customization if possible can be done by management otherwise all risk & responsibilities go to tourists, travel management will quit from it & will not be responsible at any circumstance.

N.B. - An advance payment for booking is considering that tourist are satisfied & gone through the quote & there will be no refund, reduction in the cost for any un-utilized services forming part of the tour. Company holds the rights to change alter or amend the itinerary and hotels without prior notice.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

Greet & meet at NJP station or Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Lataguri, check in to hotel, fresh up & have lunch, than start for Lataguri local sightseeing, visit watchtower Jatraprasad or Chukchuki, back to hotel & night stay.

Day 2 :

At morning visit Gorumara National Park by Jungle safari, this forested area is Very close to our resort a bit away from the National highway number 31 is the national park. It is 15 kilometers from Lataguri, 10 kilometers from Chalsa and 52 kilometers from Jalpaiguri. It is primarily known for the breeding of the rare one - horned rhinoceros. On a safari one can spot the Elephant, mighty bison, leopard, spotted deer, sambar, hog deer, reptiles, huge wild tuskers, wild boars, peacocks, back to hotel & fresh up, again start sightseeing to visit Suntenekhola, a travel destination for all tourists located along River Suntala is just at the foot hills, is a picturesque place, a gift of God. Chalsa is a land of lush green tea gardens & greenery on your back from Chalsa a glimpse of a Cheetah or a Herd of Elephants is not very unusual, evening back to hotel & night stay at Lataguri.

Day 3 :

This morning after breakfast, we take you for an excursion to Murti, Jhalong , Bindu & samsing. Murti is a small village by the side of the Murti River. It is an ideal picnic spot where one can enjoy the scenic beauty. Lucky ones can even catch a glimpse of elephants and other animals by the side of Murti River when they come to drink water, Jhalong is situated on the bank of the river Jaldhaka on the Indo-Bhutan border. It lies at the foothills of the Himalayas, on the way to Bindu in Kalimpong sub-division. Jaldhaka Hydro Electricity Project on Jaldhaka River is a major attraction in this area. Bird lovers can enjoy a varied collection of hill birds as well as migratory water fowls here; Bindu is the last village of West Bengal before one enters Bhutan. It is a beautiful valley on the bank of the river Jaladhaka. This river serves as a natural physical boundary separating West Bengal and Bhutan. Bindu is also famous for its cardamom plantations. Visit to this place is an experience worth remembering & Samsing is a tea estate in the Dooars, a small locality of about 100 houses which has grown around the tea gardens. On the top of the hill there is a beautiful Guesthouse. The silence of the place is disturbed only by the noise of the gurgling river Murti, which flows about half a kilometer below. Day 4 :

After breakfast start journey to reach Jaldapara,check in to hotel or resort, same day start excursion to South Khayerbari animal rescue centre and Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary. This sanctuary is adjacent to the National Highway number 31 and the entry point is from Madarihat Town, situated in between Hasimara and Birpara. Guest can come across wildlife in this region very often. Bison and elephant herd are the two major attractions. Among other wildlife the mighty bison, leopard, spotted deer, sambar, hog deer, reptiles, huge wild tuskers, wild boars, peacocks, back to hotel & night saty.

Day 5 :

After breakfast visit Chilapata forest by jungle safari & it is also known as reserved forest, Chilapata gives you a genuine flavor of wildlife in the wilderness. It is a thrilling experience to explore the underbelly of the forest by penetrating the dark and deep of the forest. Chilapata feature the wonders of wildlife in real color of nature & start journey to reach back NJP station or Siliguri.
